OneSpark is looking for a talented, confident, and passionate Sales Specialists with extensive experience in sales and delivering exceptional service within the long-term insurance market.

We are looking for a person who can gather information from the customer by asking probing questions related to the situation and gain enough information to provide the best product.

As a sales specialist you should have excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for sales. You will need to be able to think on your feet with great negotiation skills. Ultimately, we are looking for a top-class sales specialist who is able to create value and lasting bonds with their customers.
- Matric
- Clear Criminal and Clear Credit Record
- FAIS Accredited/RE5 Advantageous

**Requirements**:

- Must have minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in an outbound sales environment within the long-term insurance market
- Strong sales background
- Sound knowledge and experience in the long-term insurance industry
- Self-motivated, self-managed, money hungry and energetic individual
- Positive go getter attitude
- Reliable and remarkable attendance record
- Must have excellent communication skills as to influence and overcome objections successfully
- Own or reliable transport - will be required alternative Saturdays
