**_You would be supporting the _**_Hygiene bu_**_siness in the Western Cape region in South Africa_**

**Requirements**:
**A vacancy has arisen for a Branch Manager in our South African Business in the Western Cape Region**

To grow the revenue, profitability and cash delivery of the branch. Constantly seek ways to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the branch in order to achieve high levels of service and performance that will meet or exceed the relevant targets within set timeframes. To also identify and develop opportunities for development of branch personnel to enhance and drive improved business performance

**The Key work outputs and accountability are**:

- Manage Customer portfolio and Customer Retention through good customer contact and relationship building and excellent service levels
- Secure Business Agreements (Service Level Agreements) and drive and grow business to maximise Portfolio Revenue
- Provide accurate management and forecasting related to finance : revenue, manpower, fleet, service costs, cash, profit
- Ensure that Accounts Receivable are within targets by managing The DSO
- Ensure that service planning and routing compliance is in place to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that productivity levels are at optimum levels to reach and exceed the state of service targets and reduce credits
- Drive the Health, Safety & Environment agenda in the branch reducing WDL and LTA to improve and meet business targets.
- Manage employee relations and performance through effective coaching and performance management
- Maintain and improve service quality ensuring that CVC targets are met and improved upon
- Manage all stock and branch assets in accordance with policies, procedures and targets ensuring compliance
- Manage all removals and the 2nd hand store compliance and controls.

- People Leadership with multi-team responsibilities
- Good understanding of SHE and risk management principles
- Ability to read and interpret financial reports
- Good understanding of Labour Law and Policies and Procedures with related experience
- Able to present and communicate information and reports in a meaningful format
- Forecasting skills
- Excellent People Skills to create effective teamwork and motivation
- Clear understanding how to optimize planning, routing, productivity and service delivery
- Customer Care skills with a focus on service excellence and customer retention strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Previous Operations experience in similar role
- Industry related experience is greatly advantageous
- Excellent Read, Writing Skills, MS Word, MS Excel, Google, Gmail etc
- Minimum 5 years experience in Service Industry
- Relevant tertiary education is advantageous
