Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with the possibility of going permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with system records.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Monitor aging stock and implement effective management strategies.
- Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, stock transfers, and deliveries, ensuring accurate cost center allocation.
- Review purchase orders and requisitions for accuracy.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies through spot checks and store visits.
- Update price lists and reconcile system costs with vendor costs.
- Generate and distribute regular inventory reports (weekly, monthly, and year-end).
- Categorize, define, and assign all inventory items.
- Monitor purchase orders and analyze supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent (advantageous).
