**NECESSARY DEGREE QUALIFICATION**
- At least 7 years' experience of delivering complex organisational change across multiple countries
- Ability to set the change management agenda and execute with limited supervision
- Acting as the OCM SME in business projects
- Complex Stakeholder Management and working with ambiguity
- Strong communication, engagement and influencing skills
- Sees the bigger picture, able to look ahead to anticipate and address issues
- Strong problem solving, facilitation and decision making skills
- Internal consulting skills underpinned by strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to navigate in a matrix structure, getting objectives achieved through others
- Team leadership experience
- Leadership and accountability for the change management workstream of the major transformation project working closely with the OCM (Organisational Change Management) Supplier and Global Project OCM team.
- Utilise knowledge and expertise in OCM to consult on solutions and provide support and insight to Business Lead and other major stakeholders, to support the successful delivery of the overall project within the defined timescales and budget and to assist with embedding the change across the business
- Manage a team of change experts providing guidance and aligning on priorities.
- Works closely with Global OCM team on development of plans
- Liaises with Corporate Communications teams across Sub-Saharan Africa and Global works closely with Comms Analyst and may direct work on occasions
- Influences project team members to deliver on the change management aspects of the project in a consistent manner
- To work with key stakeholders across the project and organisation to ensure consistency and alignment during the execution of the projects activity plan relating to sustainable change management post go live/hypercare
- Consult on change, working with project team, business leaders, training team, HRBPs and CoE Leads
- Translate theoretical approaches and business needs into practical plans and manage / ensure the successful end to end delivery.
- Ensure that change management approaches are deployed, risks and issues are managed and mitigated, and an approach of post implementation continuous improvement is embedded in all business units.
- Drive, monitor and manage workstream delivery ensuring key milestones are met on time and on budget
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and credibility in relation to people change expertise ensuring that all activities consider and analyse the people and process impacts of the change.
- Work with relevant stakeholders (including SMEs) on their leadership and management in relation to specific change activity, coaching and advising in relation to projects and initiatives that are being supported and enabling leaders to effectively lead and embed change with their teams.
- Provide insight and analysis to Business Lead/HR Lead where areas for improvement / capability gaps and other people related issues are identified through change processes
- Manage change related interdependencies across workstreams within the project
- Ensures that systems, processes and practices reinforce the company Values and Policies
