**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out rope access work safely and efficiently in line with company and IRATA standards.
- Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks as required by the project scope.
- Assist in rigging, equipment checks, and site safety setup.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on all job sites.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3** certification.
- Valid **medical fitness certificate** for work at height.
- Experience in industrial, construction, or inspection environments (advantageous).
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality.
- Ability to work in various conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
- Durban-based or willing to travel for projects.
