About the Role:

We are seeking qualified and motivated Rope Access Technicians (Level 1, 2, or 3) to join our Durban-based team. Successful candidates will work on a range of industrial, maintenance, and inspection projects in challenging and rewarding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out rope access work safely and efficiently in line with company and IRATA standards.
  • Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks as required by the project scope.
  • Assist in rigging, equipment checks, and site safety setup.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture on all job sites.

Requirements:

  • Valid IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.
  • Valid medical fitness certificate for work at height.
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or inspection environments (advantageous).
  • Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality.
  • Ability to work in various conditions and adapt to changing project needs.
  • Durban-based or willing to travel for projects.
