- Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes
- Recording and reporting on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes for quality and effectiveness and notify stakeholders accordingly
- Assist customers with queries, where applicable, direct them to the correct department for prompt and effective query resolution
- Respond promply to calls in a professional manner, ensuring excellent and accurate client services enhancing company's reputation

- Execute work effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial perfomance

**Client/Customer**
- Deliver services that create a culture which aims to exceed customers' expectations in all aspects of the business

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12 / Matric
- 2 - 3 years work experience in a same or similar role
- Background in Insurance / Motor Industry
- Computer literate - MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (knowledge/experience)
