**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Min ND: Financial/Business Administration
- Min 3 - 5 Years in a Finance Assistant position

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**:

- Microsoft Office 365
- Excel & Word (Advanced)
- HR Financial Administration
- Contract Management | IT, HR, Finance

**COMPETENCIES**:

- Corporate registrations (CIPC, SARS, SANAS)
- Fund administration (Retirement, Medical, Other)
- Third-party liaison (Banking, Auditors, Statutes)
- Internal Stakeholders: HR Division, IT Division, Finance Division

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Meeting coordination & administration
- General Finance and auditing administration
- General HR and HR financial administration
- Supporting party to the CFO
- B-BBEE & Financial Audit support
- Project coordination & Administration
- Registrations & contract management (CIPC, SARS, CSR etc)

**Salary**: R22 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
