**Key Performance Areas**:

- Customer relationship management
- Manage the respective Supa-Roof Store, as well as the Sales Assistant
- Ensure that the stock is properly stored and displayed, is adequate for the market off take with a week to 2 week’s headsup, and is paid for before being collected.
- Ensure that the store is clean and tidy at all times.
- Required to meet sales targets, measured weekly.
- Responsible for marketing and promotional activities for the store. These will involve activities outside the trading hours of the store.
- Any other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
- Obtaining new business
- Maintaining sound relationships with existing clients and fostering the development of new clients
- Developing, gathering and sharing of market intelligence with all stakeholders
- Effective use of Navision and reporting
- Attendance in and participation of stock takes and training sessions
- Portraying the Supa-Roof brand of Service, quality and integrity.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2 Years Sales Experience
- Advantageous - Experience in the Steel/Roofing and /or Retail Industry.
- Computer literate ( non-negotiable)
- Drivers Licence and Own Car is essential
