Requirements:

- Matric
- Regulatory Examination (RE) Qualification - an advantage
- 2 years sales and customer service experience, preferably within the financial services Industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell life assurance products at branch level
- Accurately identify insurance needs by asking effective questions and listening attentively
- Match product benefits to customer needs
- Explain features, advantages of policies and/ products to promote a sale
- Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining records of potential clients
- Source new clients to generate leads and meet targets
- Service all walk in customers end to end and ensure customer satisfaction
- Action all customer requests and retain existing customer by identifying cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Foster a service delivery culture within the branch
- Update daily stats of walk-in clients and provide weekly/monthly reports
- Manage premium collection rate to target levels
- Comply with non-advice selling in line with FAIS/FSCA

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
