**1.** **Supply Chain Admin**
- Procurement/Sourcing
- Develop RFQ/RFPs and manage the acquisition process for specific supplies/commodities
- Develop purchase orders for inventory that is used in production
- Liaise with suppliers on stock availability and tracking delivery of items against purchase orders
- Ensure that supplier invoices are accurately captured in the financial system (DEAR/Xero)
- Inventory Management
- Facilitate inventory management through effective SKU management process
- Proactively monitor key inventory items and liaise with production team to prevent inventory stock-outs issues
- Execute the Goods Received (GRV) process and manage exceptions
- Logistics
- Coordinate all inbound logistics for the business, including tracking and management of both raw material imports and local supplies;
- Coordinate all outbound logistics for the business, including tracking and management of battery exports

**2.** **Inventory Reporting and Demand Planning**
- Develop inventory demand forecasting processes for key supplies that will:

- Reduce inventory carrying costs
- Minimise risk of stock-outs

**3.** **Supplier Management**
- Manage the supplier selection, vetting and review process
- Where required, and in line with risk management, facilitate the signing of contracts and/or SLAs

**Requirements**:

- National Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business administration
- Minimum 3-years working experience in Inventory Management, Sourcing and Logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Working experience in Xero and DEAR will be an advantage.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R21,000.00 per month
