We are a leading Lighting import and distribution company situated in Muizenberg, Cape Town looking to employ a competent Team Leader to join our Business Development Team
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to juggle more than one task at a time and be able to prioritize tasks daily.
- Must be proficient in Office 365 with very good excel skills.
- Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Must be willing to work after hours when required.
- Must have good negotiation skills.
- Must be highly organized.
- Must be deadline driven.
- Ideally have own transport, however this is not a requirement.
- Ideally live within or close to Muizenberg.
- Working in a Sales environment coupled with sales administration experience will be a huge advantage.

**The Basic Job Description**:

- Providing support to Business Development Manager.
- Coordinate work amongst the BDM team.
- Project Manage all open cycles to meet deadlines.
- Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to increase productivity.
- Arrange and manage travel, accommodation, and transport for Business Development Manager.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and manage calendar for Business Development Manager.
- All admin duties in support of the Business Development Manager.
- Updated CV.
