Senior Graphic Designer with managerial experience
to lead our creative team and help shape the visual identity of our brand across digital and print platforms.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who can take on a leadership role, overseeing our design team while producing standout visuals that reflect the quality and innovation of our brand. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on designer and a strategic leader, capable of aligning creative direction with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers.

- Develop, execute, and manage creative concepts for branding, packaging, signage, digital marketing, email campaigns, web graphics, social media content, product catalogues, trade show materials, and more.

- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align visual communication with business objectives.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

• Stay current with design trends and innovations within both the lighting and design industries.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, digital and print collateral.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and other design tools.

- Experience managing creative projects from concept to completion.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

- Organised with excellent time and project management.

- Experience in working in a fast paced high pressure environment

- A strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.

- Resides within or close to Muizenberg and is available immediately.
