Growth-Minded Solutions Sales Specialist: Sell a World-Leading GRC Solution

Are you a revenue specialist with a passion for enterprise sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy building strong client relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Solutions Sales Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join the team and help grow the market share in South Africa. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to deal closure, focusing on securing new business from enterprise clients in the private sector.

You must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; 5+ Years’ experience crushing sales targets in enterprise or GRC software solutions; A proven track record of success in B2B sales; and Excellent communication and relationship management skills. You need to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Type: Permanent - Hybrid

**Salary**: R60 000 - R80 000 + Commission

In this role, you'll:

- Become a GRC Specialist: Develop in-depth knowledge of industry leading GRC SaaS solution and its value proposition.
- Prospect Like a Pro: Utilize proven sales methodologies and cold-calling techniques to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Close the Deal: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, crafting compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts to win deals.
- Be a Strategic Partner: Adopt a solution-selling approach, focusing on the client's needs and demonstrating the unique benefits our software offers.
- Drive Results: Accurately forecast sales, manage your pipeline effectively, and consistently exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and build strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously expand your industry knowledge and keep abreast of the latest GRC trends.

To be successful, you'll need:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 5+ Years’ experience crushing sales targets in enterprise or GRC software solutions.
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- A strong work ethic, a meticulous eye for detail, and a genuine passion for exceeding expectations.
