Role Description

BUI is seeking a Microsoft Solution Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth and support customers across the African market. This full-time hybrid role is based in Johannesburg, offering flexibility to work remotely as well as on-site. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, building customized Microsoft solution strategies, managing end-to-end sales processes, and collaborating with technical and consulting teams to deliver impactful results. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships and staying informed about the latest Microsoft technologies and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in Business Process and Consulting to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Expertise in Solution Architecture and designing comprehensive, scalable, and innovative technology solutions.
  • Proficiency in Cloud Computing technologies, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within hybrid environments (both remote and on-site).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Solutions, cloud services, and security frameworks.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is recommended. Certifications in Microsoft technologies or solutions are highly advantageous.
