**Job Summary**:
**Qualification**:

- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management / Logistics/Business Analysis.
- A similar Degree (NQF Level 7) will be an advantage
- Certification in a Visual Data Management tool
- Certification in a Project Management or related field

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 Years of experience in various areas of a Supply Chain Management function using an ERP system (Procurement, Buying and / or Warehouse, Inventory Management)
- Experience in project coordination
- Experience in business analytics, MI and reporting
- Minimum 3 years of experience with PowerBI, Qlik, or Tableau

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, co-ordinate and implement various internal controls and planned Regional SCM and GE :SCM Projects
- Collate extracts, analyse, recommend and generate regular consolidated Regional SCM and ad-hoc GE:SCM reports
- Monitor planned learning and ensure that the necessary skills transfer in line with various implementations within Regional SCM are achieved
- Consolidate stock take / cycle counting / reconciliation reports and prepare stock adjustment / write offs of regional stock from Regional Managers for Senior Manager approval
- Conduct, facilitate, recommend and report on specific investigations (including but not limited to) stock shortages and irregular / non-compliant purchasing transactions for remedial action
- Verify and facilitate the maintenance of accurate data input on the SAP system for all Regional SCM purchasing and stock transactions
- Analyse, recommend and prepare consolidated operational expenditure reports for effective financial management of Regional SCM budgets
- Recommend performance management reports for effective decision making and improvement of Service Levels
- Co-ordinate requirements and contributes to the implementation of various continuous business improvement (best practice) initiatives
- Maintain document management at Senior Manager’s office
- Analyse Regional BBS reviews for consistency and productivity
- Monitor supplier development initiatives and report on Regional BEE growth initiatives
