**Job Title**: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Forex Company

**Location**: South Africa

We are an innovative and reliable online derivatives broker offering our mostly Africa clients the

opportunity to take advantage of the world's most lucrative financial markets, which include

Forex, cfds and crypto etc. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer

(COO) to play a pivotal role in our continued growth and expansion.

**Position Summary**:
As the COO you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of

the organization, primarily through the schisms of the sales. Your primary objective is to enhance

operational efficiency, improve processes, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest

standards of integrity and regulatory compliance within the Forex industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Strategy**: Develop and execute the company's operational strategy in alignment

with the overall business goals. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement best

practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**: Ensure the company complies with all relevant financial

regulations and industry standards. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and work closely

with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence.

**Risk Management**: Develop and maintain comprehensive risk management strategies to

safeguard the company's financial stability and protect its clients' assets.

**Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams within the organization,

including operations, customer support, risk management, and compliance. Foster a culture of

collaboration and continuous improvement.

**Financial Management**: Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting,

forecasting, and financial analysis. Optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

**Technology and Infrastructure**: Oversee the development and maintenance of trading platforms,

software, and IT infrastructure to ensure they meet the needs of traders and align with the

company's growth objectives.

**Customer Experience**: Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to clients, with a focus

on building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
