“TRS is urgently looking for a Procurement Specialist to with Supply Chain and Contract experience with EPC and EPCM Projects within the Mining Industry to join our Client’s Project Team based in DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA.”

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing the procurement services.
- Managing and maintaining contracts with vendors.
- Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions.
- Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations
- Analyzing and evaluating supplier performance
- Managing daily, monthly and quarterly reports
- Developing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Coordinating with other departments

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Accredited Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Construction Management, or Business Law - LLB / Q.S / B.A or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5-8 years of related experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy and skills.
