**About the Role**

In this exciting new role as Digital Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to enhance the effectiveness of Practice Protect's digital marketing, with a heavy focus on acquisition.

As a direct report to the Head of Growth and Market Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads and amplifying the company brand using available digital channels to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to our target audience.

You will be highly organised, analytical, detail oriented and able to operate in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Oversee and implement company marketing strategies & campaigns
- Manage & configure online marketing platforms to hold webinars, capture source data and integrate with our CRM.
- Write and implement short form conversion content for ads, EDMs & social posts.
- Work closely with designers & content creators to develop relevant content for digital channels including website.
- Maximize website conversion
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence

**Desired Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of work experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience of writing copy and managing campaigns that convert
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
