**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with their shopping needs and answer any questions they may have
- Ensure that products are stocked on shelves and neatly arranged
- Maintain the store's cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions
- Assist in receiving and processing new shipments of products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that the store's policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
