**Data Analyst**

**For 6 months contract**

This role will be responsible to present large amounts of data and analysis in ways that are universally understandable or easy to interpret and spot patterns, trends and correlations. These representations will include charts, graphs, infographics and other pictorial diagrams. The role will work in an agile environment, in a project-based team structure, coordinating with data scientist/s, engineer/s and geo-spatial analytics manager to respond to business requirements by developing and deploying analytical solutions.

Minimum Academic, Professional Qualifications & Experience required for this position:

- Relevant under-graduate or post-graduate degree (with specific reference to Mathematics and Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Business Mathematics and Informatics, Engineering, Bcom economics)
- Prior experience in back-end and front-end development is desirable.
- Prior experience in DBMS systems like SQL Server, ORACLE will be advantageous.
- Previous experience using ETL tools like SSIS, Informatica, etc will be advantageous
- Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
- At least 3-6 years’ experience in data visualisation, analytics or related fields
