- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity by implementing data quality processes.
- Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and best practices.- Reporting and Visualization:
- Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a visually compelling manner.- Data-driven Decision Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing actionable insights based on data analysis.**Inherent Requirements**
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis and management.
- Data Analyst certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong statistical analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
