**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar bookkeeping or accounting role
- Systems: Proficiency in Pastel and Excel essential; experience with Semper advantageous
- Skills: Strong reconciliation, time management, and administrative abilities
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel to lodges for training and support as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Creditors: Daily invoice capturing, GRV reconciliation, monthly supplier account recons, and payment prep
- Debtors: Match payments to reservations, invoice capture, follow-ups on outstanding payments, and reporting
- Support: Assist lodges with queries, stock controls, petty cash, and cashbook entries
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting with proper supporting documentation

Package on offer
- R14 000 - R17 000 per month
- This is a live out position
- Hours: 08h00 - 16h30

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: R14 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
