** HR Generalist.**

**Experience**

5 - 7 years proven track record as an HR Generalist in a customer facing environment would be an advantage.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Recognised degree or diploma in the Human Resources Management
- Stable employment history
- High attention to detail
- Analyse information quickly with good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator to all levels of management in the company
- Results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics/reporting
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of the IR related legislation, the process to follow within and the regulations attached to IR.
- Ability and willingness to Travel to all sites in the group
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License.
