To ensure that customers get the best professional and courteous attention and service
- Ensure there is sufficient in checking stock to be released for payments
- Follow up on orders by getting in contact with the correct departments to trace progress if needed.
- Assisting customers with all collections of stock
- Give feedback to customers
- Work fast and efficient in a highly pressurized environment.
- Need to be able to deal with all forms and types of customers. Know how to calm customers down if needed.
- Deal with couriers on a daily basis.
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements
- Assist with general stock takes

Matric, related tertiary qualification will be advantageous and/or relevant experience
Excellent follow through and sense of completion ability a must
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
