**ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
To ensure the effective management of our client’s events warehouse in line with Tradereach (PTY) LTD and the clients expectations and standards. You need to deliver the highest levels of cleanliness, Health & Safety and professionalism within the warehouse, by maintaining all company processes and procedures.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Manage the end to end functioning of the Client Events Warehouse.
- Ensure 100% Stock Accuracy at all times.
- Ensure receiving and dispatching functions are executed correctly, with correct documentation and audit processes in place.
- Knowledge & foresight on all planned events.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards at all times.
- Maintain exceptional levels of housekeeping of the warehouse & Systems.

**KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Warehouse Management**
- Set up the warehouse in terms brand allocation and grouping, space planning and warehouse flows.
- Make sure Receiving & Dispatching functions are performed accurately and timeously.
- Ensure 100% Stock Accuracy at all times.
- Damaged stock is reported timeously and the repair/Destruction process followed.
- Ensure the system us up to date at all times reflecting reality.
- Conduct regular stock counts and status inspections as per the client’s requirements.

**Client Management**
- Ensure Client Satisfaction at all times.
- Timeous reporting to all stakeholders.
- Ensure professional appearance and conduct at all times.
- Ensure the Client objectives are met.

**Stock Management**
- Ensure stock accuracy is 100% correct at all times.
- Ensure that all damaged POS is properly disposed of with all supporting documentation.
- Ensure that all POS is cleaned and stored in an orderly fashion.
- Ensure that all POS is maintained and up to the required specification.
- Weekly stock audit and check of POS items.

**Administration Management**
- Check documents for thoroughness and completeness.
- Compile regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure that accurate and complete reporting and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are properly maintained.
- Maintain stock control systems and ensure that said systems are always up to date.

**Health & Safety**
- Ensure all monthly inspections are performed timeously.
- Ensure timeous reporting of all H&S related issues.
- Ensure all H&S equipment is inspected & maintained.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience in a similar role

**SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES**
- Ability to work independently
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to set deadlines and achieve them
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong literacy and numeracy knowledge
- Strong computer knowledge including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Great organisation skills and problem solving ability’s
- Customer Service skills
- Must be organized, able to multitask & have good time management skills
- Team Player
- Good understanding of OHS procedures
- Forklift license will be an advantage.
- Own Transport
