We are seeking a dynamic Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee our bakery production facility. The bakery runs 24 hours with a team of around 65 and needs an incredibly organised and strong operator to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and inspire a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

2. Stakeholder Management: Effectively handle relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive business success.

3. Financial Acumen: Utilize accounting expertise to contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. Provide insights to enhance profitability.

4. Planning and Execution: Demonstrate exceptional planning skills to streamline production processes, optimize resource allocation, and meet business objectives.

5. Inventory and System Management: Leverage extensive experience in stock management and system administration to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.

6. Efficiency Enhancement: Identify and implement systems to improve overall business efficiency, contributing to increased profitability.

7. Business Growth: Provide evidence of previous success in growing and expanding profitability within a business setting.

8. Excel and Presentation Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

9. Production Planning and Management: Ensuring all systems are in place for effectively meeting production deadlines, quality product is delivered to customers and product tracking is in place.

10. Outstanding communication: The ability to lead meetings, drive progress, implement effective communication systems, manage the team to deliver outstanding customer service at all time.

11. Management of compliance: Responsible to ensure all compliance including food safety, health and safety, Labour Law, HR is inline.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, particularly within a bakery or food production environment.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on financial management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at creating presentations.
- Demonstrated success in stock and system management.
- Track record of growing and expanding profitability in a business.
