**Senior Strategy Consultant (Senior Manager Level) - Johannesburg.**:
**Minimum Requirements**

**Education**:

- Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Actuarial Science from a top-tier university.
- MBA or CFA Level 1 advantageous.

**Experience**:

- **7-10 years’ experience,** including 5+ years in strategy or management consulting.
- Proven delivery of transformation initiatives: cost optimisation, operating model redesign, and performance improvement.
- Full consulting lifecycle experience: business development, delivery, and closure.
- Sector focus: Financial Services, Telecommunications & Infrastructure, Technology/Enterprise IT.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Exposure to Python, Power BI, or similar analytics tools preferred.
- Familiarity with transformation frameworks like Fit for Growth or zero-based budgeting.

Preferred Background:

- Experience at top global firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Accenture Strategy, or similar.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of strategy and transformation projects.
- Conduct diagnostics and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Design future-state operating models aligned with strategy.
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, pitching, and business development activities.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across finance, HR, operations, and technology.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth.
- Adapt quickly across sectors and client challenges.
