**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Transport Coordinator at Nimbble. The Transport Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring efficient delivery of services, coordinating with drivers and clients, and overseeing transportation schedules and logistics.

**Qualifications**
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Operations Management
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Transportation Management expertise
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of relevant local transportation regulations and laws
- Experience in transportation coordination or logistics within a call centre environment is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in transportation management software and Microsoft Office

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Cape Town’s transport network
- Coordinate transportation schedules for staff commuting to and from the call centre
