Responsible for all aspects of the operation of a 5 star Hotel in Cape Town including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment. Leading and developing of team, ensuring implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives with the objective of pure luxury. Ensuring the overall Operational and Financial Management of the Property. Investing in people by the Management and Development of the various Departmental Teams. Ensuring the Guest Experience is consistently maintained.

**About You**
- A Bachelors’ degree in hospitality, operations or business management or a relevant field.
- 10 years post qualification experience in Africa, ideally as a 5-star Hotel
- Experience in property and hospitality management, engineering and facilities management.
- Good command of the English language, written and Oral.
- Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
- Accountable and resilient
- Ability to work under pressure
