**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven **Senior Marketing Manager** to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts while driving innovation across our broader marketing strategy. As a key player on our team, you’ll help shape and implement marketing strategies that drive efficiency, enhance performance, and fuel revenue growth through data-driven initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Design and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital customer journey.
- **Digital Marketing Optimization**: Manage and improve digital campaigns, SEO, digital advertising, and performance marketing while implementing scalable tools and technologies.
- **Data-Driven Decision-Making**: Leverage advanced analytics to shape strategy, identify growth opportunities, and measure campaign success.
- **Revenue Growth**: Develop targeted campaigns to drive lead generation, customer retention, and sales conversions while staying ahead of market trends.
- **Process Improvement**: Streamline workflows, optimize resources, and promote operational excellence within the marketing team.
