**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities and Outputs**:

- Successfully lead client's relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring excellent achievement of the client’s business objectives through our proposals and then projects.
- Working closely with clients, running workshops to discuss tradeoffs, for example, terms of config vs code.
- Experience in designing and developing software components and having an extraordinarily strong service-oriented architecture and integration background.
- Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience.
- com integration experience, including, between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
- Ability to define the system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution.
- Make recommendations on products and services.
- Advise on architectural strategies and best practice approaches.
- Comply with all necessary information technology policies and procedures.

**Education, Experience & Knowledge required**
- Completed BSc in Computer Science or similar.
- 6+ years’ solid experience in interacting at C-level, advising clients on the achievement of business objectives via the SFDC platform, and related services offerings (Partner, Practice Lead / similar).
- At least 10+ years’ total working experience, with at least 5 years of Salesforce experience (Senior Functional Consultant, Lead Developer, Architect, or similar role) in the enterprise market, developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations.
- At least 4+ current Salesforce certifications in Cloud architecture.

**Technical knowledge needed to perform this role**:

- Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment experience.
- Experience in leading technical teams is important.
- Well-rounded in both functional and technical aspects of CRM engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Salary**: R400.00 - R600.00 per hour
