We are looking for a Marketing intern to join our team based in Cape Town.

**About Aerobotics**

Our mission is to provide intelligent tools to feed the world. We provide tree and fruit insights to growers, in 18 countries around the world, enabled by drone imagery and artificial intelligence.

We have analysed over 300 million trees and 50 million fruit to date. Our team of 50+ people is based out of Cape Town, but have commercial offices in the USA, Portugal, Chile and Australia. Everything that we do and every decision that is made is driven by our Core Values.

**About the role**

This is an exciting paid internship opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic scale-up environment. We’re looking for someone to join us full-time from February/March for 3 months, with the potential to stay with us permanently at the end of the internship. What we expect from you is a strong eagerness to learn, attention to detail, initiative with solving problems, ownership in completing your tasks on time and team work.

Our mission at Aerobotics is to help farmers grow as efficiently and sustainably as possible. The Marketing team contributes to this by identifying the right farmers who can benefit from our tools, communicating and demonstrating the value of our solutions and celebrating our customers’ success. **Your role as an intern will be to conduct market research, finding information on our target customers and compiling lists and reports on target customers for the Marketing and Sales teams.**

**Responsibilities**

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Searching for our target companies online according to our Ideal Customer Profile and compiling database of target companies with relevant information
- Finding contact details of relevant stakeholders through online search and other Marketing team resources
- Updating prospect information in Hubspot and/or Salesforce
- Compiling regional lists and reports on target accounts
- Monitoring new self-service Aerobotics accounts for activity
- Support Head of Marketing with adhoc requests
- Update prospect information in Hubspot

**Requirements for the role**
- Good research skills and ability to dig and find information online
- Proficient Excel skills
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative to figure things out
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- BComm, Diploma or similar tertiary education or equivalent working experience is an advantage
- Strong interest to work and grow in the Marketing space
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Hubspot is an advantage
