Boilermaker/fabricator

**An opportunity has become available for an experienced and qualified Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our team. The main functions will be fabrication of components from raw steel as per drawing specifications and to weld them. Assembly of machines / components as per general assemblies and installation of machinery.**

**Please note that this is a contract position. The duration will depend on operational requirements as we are a project-based firm.**

**Job Duties**:

- **Fabricating of components as per the drawing**:

- **MIG / TIG / ARC welding of fabricated components**:

- **Bending of parts to be welded**:

- **Doing quality checks on machined components**:

- **Cutting of steel with acetylene torch / plasma cutter**:

- **Assembly of machines / components as per general assemblies**:

- **Installation of machinery**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Qualified Boilermaker/Welder**:

- **Previous experience in welding and boiler making field**:

- **Experience in industrial automation**:

- **Willing and able to work overtime**

**Metal & Engineering Industries Bargaining Council (MEIBC) rates and benefits are offered.**
