**Sales Representative**

Employment type: Permanent

**Salary**: R10 000 + commission

Location: Mount Edgecombe, Durban, KZN

**SPECIFICATION**

A company providing a one stop office automation solution to various sectors is looking for a young, dynamic and well-presented Sales Representative to join their team to assist in growing the sales targets. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, driven, and hungry to make it happen in the position; and are willing to put in the hard yards on a daily basis to reap the rewards.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Serving customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Adjusting content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focussing sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Submitting orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports (such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.)
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending all necessary training
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent certificate essential
- Minimum 1-2 years’ sales experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel
- Go-getter personality
- Target driven

**Salary**: R9,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
