Hello Future Senior Data Scientist

This role is within Customer and Sales Interactions, who determine and drive customer context across Retail. The team explores new data sources and analytical methods that enable innovation and creativity in addressing the holistic customer need. We collaborate with multiple stakeholders in designing and implementing customer journeys for campaigns and offers that deliver contextual and personalised solutions. Our journeys and experiments rank the right product at the right time to a customer.- Are never satisfied with the status quo.- Produce innovative ideas and solutions based on data. Stating assumptions and overcoming challenges.- Are self-driven and able to own their projects.- Are able to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.- Have a growth mindset aimed at continuous learning and self-improvement.- Are open-minded and enjoy problem solving.

Qualifications and Experience- Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Actuarial Science- Preferred Qualification: Honours Degree- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.- Intermediate to advanced coding skills in SAS- Intermediate knowledge on advanced analytical techniques e.g., statistical methods, segmentation, optimisation, experimental design- Leadership experience will be advantageous.
