**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource allocation.
- Ensure proper risk management and develop mitigation strategies

**Team Leadership and Coordination**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure team members are meeting deadlines.
- Maintain clear communication within the project team and with stakeholders
- Monitor the quality of project deliverables.
- Ensure that projects meet organizational standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Perform post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate regular project meetings (kickoff, status updates, etc.).
- Ensure that stakeholder expectations are met and address any concerns.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and schedules.
- Provide regular updates on project performance to senior management.
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (4 years) as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficient with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- PMP certification (preferred but not required).

**Additional Requirements**:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Drivers Licence with own car
