**Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Establishing and implementing quality control processes to monitor and evaluate project outcomes.

**Change Management**: Identifying and managing changes in project scope, objectives, or requirements. Assessing the impact of changes and implementing appropriate strategies to accommodate them.
