Health Window is looking for a proactive and energetic Service Delivery Representative with a knack for numbers and excellent communication skills to join our team at our head office in Pretoria East.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with clients to build and maintain good working relationships.
- Regular proactive interactions with clients.
- Perform complex financial calculations.
- Incorporate policies and procedures of the company in business operations.
- Perform day to day administrative tasks.
- Give regular feedback to his/her manager.
- Assist with a range of projects and tasks.
- Manage operations on a project level.
- Solve client related queries.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports and correspondences.
- Identify and improve on company systems and procedures.
- Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Very strong working knowledge of MS Office including Excel.
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com degree with 3 years completed articles preferred.
