**What we are looking for**:We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Art Director who wants to be part of ground breaking visual solutions.

**What you will do**:

- Working directly with the Creative Director to create visual concepts for print and digital advertising campaigns from pitch to execution
- Presenting design and digital concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Creating a range of powerful, viable concepts and designs for each project, partnering with copywriters to ensure the copy direction and visual presentation work together to make the concept powerful and compelling
- Executing visual designs, motion design (advantageous), concepts, and storyboards through presentations to clients to approve and love
- Deftly juggling multiple projects while inspiring & motivating both your creative teammates and your clients
- Assist with photography where possible including composition and photo manipulation
- Print design work - you must have an understanding of POS, mailers, brochures, posters, flyers and other print collateral materials, including print readying work
- Design wire frames and work on UX/UI design issues and working with development team to ensure integration (lite)
- Assist in all stages of the marketing and design process, from initial brainstorm meetings to final production
- Collaborate in Brand CI and rebranding. Ability to roll out effectively from CI is a MUST
- Establish standards for execution, productivity and quality of concept through execution teams

**What you must have**:

- 2 + year experience in an Art Director role
- Proven track record in creating excellent brand and design work from concept to production
- Experience in digital is a necessity, this includes all aspects of digital design, art direction and conceptualisation. A practical understanding of UI, UX, websites and animations a plus
- Print production experience
- Animation experience is a plus
