**Job Function**

**Job Requirements**
- Grade 12/ NQF 4
- 2 - 5 years' experience in the retail environment, working as a Marketer/ Floor Manager (or relevant)
- Proven Track record in the positive management of a team is essential
- Experience within the Agr-retail environment will serve as recommendation
- Continuously adding value to the industry through reaching the organizations' strategic and operational goals
- Willing to work afterhours as and when required based on operational requirements
- Intermediate to advanced level of MS Office

**Duties and **Responsibilities**
- Financial management of business unit
- Stock management within the VKB Group framework
- Personnel management including mentoring of staff
- General management to ensure all VKB Policies are applied
- Excellent customer service including dealing with queries and complaints
- Ability to be creative in striving to continuously exceed goals and targets
- Ensure business unit comply with all relevant legislation
