**Dynamics of the Role**
TransUnion Africa is currently recruiting for a Consultant: Contract Pricing Escalations to report directly to the Senior Consultant: Billing. Which will lead the overall execution of the Africa Contract Pricing Escalations process and Strategic Customer contract overview within the Revenue Management Department.

This individual will operate in a complex and dynamic environment with multiple internal & external stakeholder interactions.

**The Team’s Focus**
The Finance Team operates in a fast-paced and often demanding environment where both Internal and External customer interactions impact and drives results. With multiple reporting lines within the headquarters based in Chicago as well as locally, deadlines are pressurized. This team has a strong customer focus and aims to become a strategic partner within the business, enabling better business decisions and a brighter future for Employees and TransUnion. The team considers external factors which will influence the work environment as well as future conditions to ensure effective strategies.

**How you’ll contribute**:
**Contract pricing Escalations**:

- Execute strategies for all Contract pricing escalations on an annual basis as well as ad-hoc throughout the year
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders to analyze and identify annual pricing increases as well as missed opportunity analysis on Customer pricing
- Analyze 7 process all annual pricing increases in relevant ERP systems
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships throughout the company and other departments in order to accomplish work priorities.
- Educate, interact and assist management and associates with interpretation of pricing policies and procedures.
- Work through and have detailed analysis of large high priority clients
- Develop and maintain relevant reports to analyze customer accounts and implement interventions as necessary. This includes regular reporting and presentations to the management team
- Prepare and submit reports and documentation and identify trends/analysis to ensure maximum efficiency in the Accounts Receivable book’s management and maintenance
- Maintain integrity of all data relating to the Customer pricing within all ERP Systems (e.g. Customer Master Data, Contracts etc.)
- Prepare monthly pricing/revenue analysis and review with relevant stakeholders and deliver appropriately according to the relevant monthly schedules

**Strategic Customers and 3rd Party Arrangements**:

- Build and rollout increased data metrics for Strategic Customer activity and per unit Revenue Management
- Build and maintain monthly 3rd Party P&L’s
- Assist with effective Customer Contract reviews and scenario planning with business stakeholders to maximize Revenue growth opportunities
- Assist with the development of strategies and monitoring tools for all pricing and 3rd party arrangements to minimize any Revenue/EBITDA leakage
- Assist with Customer analysis with Management and the sales function to maximize Revenue growth and in turn drive long term value creation for our business and customers and drive a shared vision of RGM across the business functions
- Maintain key third party Royalty & Variable costs analysis with associated EBITDA impact analysis at the Category/Customer level
- Effectively manage the overall brand of TU with a customer centric approach, while effectively managing both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop training materials and drive business review cadence for all pricing increases and associated revenue
- Assist customers and business sales Account Executives with query resolution. Identify root causes and ensure full resolution of the core base problems
- TransUnion operates in a project based environment, there may be a need to perform other related duties as assigned

**What You’ll Bring**:

- This position requires a relevant University degree.
- 3/5 years working experience in a complex Billing and Accounts Receivable environment
- Effective business analysis scenario planning
- Executive level presence and ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
- Presentation and effective communication skills
- Resilient and able to build a resilient and engaged team
- Proven track record of sound coaching managerial abilities
