- Must have a B.Com. Degree
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role, with experience in pricing and margin management are essential
- Must have advanced Excel skills with knowledge of ERP systems and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills are required for this role
- Managing and creating customer contracts and price lists.
- Conducting quarterly pricing review and updating customer price lists in collaboration with management.
- Sending quarterly price lists to customers.
- Conducting quarterly pricing review letters to customers in consultation with procurement.
- Handling the pricing component of tender processes and margin management.
- Responding to pricing related questions or queries.
- Ensuring intercompany pricing in the ERP system.
- Defining and agreeing on pricing principles in collaboration with Sales Manager, General Manager, and Finance Controller.
- Optimising sales margins and safeguard sales profit for different product-customer groups.
- Providing e-commerce support.
- Advocating for pricing process improvements.
- Maintaining standard product and raw material price lists.
- Generating quotes on standard and custom manufactured products to customers.
- Maintaining the excel price lists as needed.
- Maintaining accurate prices, surcharges, transport rates, and discounts in the ERP system.
- Sending prices to customers in a timely manner.
- Harmonising the Pricing Model in the ERP system and review margins periodically.
- Maintaining Assortments & Costing modules, pricing administration, and data entry.
- Ensuring raw material price list accuracy in the ERP system.
- Maintaining product prices in consultation with Product Managers.
- Conducting periodic review of Sales Profits including monthly EAAC effect.
- Maintaining customer ABC ranking and identifying sales profit at risk customers.
- Conducting sales margin reporting and investigating loss-making products.
- Analysing industry standards, trends, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Monitoring feed price movements.
