**Job purpose**:
**Main tasks**:

- Prepare technical specification as a roadmap for software
- Recommend, design, and create reports and queries that assist in accurate performance measurement and progress toward corporate objectives in various formats e.g.; Excel, SQL and BI Tool
- Working closely with IT team, ensuring that new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from a technical, business, risk, user, and other perspectives
- Engage and consult with business users and management on business procedures and policies
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in systems identified or reported as they arise
- Monitor, record and respond to requests for support
- Assist BI Manager in driving the IT projects

**Strategic Responsibilities**
- Build cross-functional bridges to communicate and carry out the digital vision and strategy
- Build a foundation to become a Centre of Excellence for digital transformation
- Maintain positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with the relevant IT laws within the scope of the groups operations
