** **will report to the
**Senior**
**Manager: IT & Innovation.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Investigate and analyse support tickets logged from the various business streams;
- To engage in problem analysis and resolution;
- Escalate to second line support with relevant information;
- Handover from project implementation to operations support;
- Trend analysis of support issues to identify root cause;
- Strong customer-centric focus is essential;
- SLA recording and reporting;
- System Administration;
- Excellent client communications;
- Perform standby support activities for critical business systems.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric;
- Aviation experience is beneficial;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on Support Desk;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience on Application Support.

**PERSONAL ATTRUBUTES**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Customer focussed;
