Duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for overseeing Housekeeping operations during turndown shift: rooms, public areas, linen and laundry
- Checking of VIP rooms and suites
- Checking of Public Areas to ensure all areas are up to standard
- Completing LQA/Forbes spot checks in rooms and suites
- Attend pre-arrival meeting daily to plan for arrivals for the week
- Handle glitches within the department timeously and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Matric, Hospitality related degree advantageous
- 5 years of Supervisory/Management experience within the Housekeeping department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Eye for detail
- Good interpersonal skills
