**About the Role**
Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented **Project Manager/Product Owner**to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our digital product portfolio. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering value through well-executed projects and impactful product development.

**What you will do**:
**As Project Manager**:

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Manage risks and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays or scope creep.
- Monitor and report on project progress, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

**As Product Owner**:

- Serve as the voice of the customer and primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
- Own and maintain the product backlog, writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze feedback to iterate and improve the product continuously.

**What you need to have**:

- 4+ years of experience in project management and/or product ownership roles in a tech or digital environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex digital projects end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or similar project/product management platforms.
- Technical understanding or background (bonus points if you can bridge technical and business requirements effectively).
