Calling all Sales call centre agents to work for an international company based in Parktown and Randburg to support the drive to increase brand equity, and corporate reputation by providing telephonic support to customers through the establishment of good customer relations and by marketing the company products and services to meet customer requirements. Ensure prompt resolution of queries so that customer service levels can be maximised and the business can achieve sustainable competitiveness and act as the link between customers and depot functions.

Qualifications:

- Matric certificate (mandatory)
- Must have sales experience from call centre environment.
- Retentions experience (advantageous)

**Experience**:

- Criminal and credit check (clear ITC)
- 1-2 years inbound/outbound call centre experience.
- Minimum 1 year Sales experience from call centre environment and must know what is upselling and cross selling (mandatory)
- Good typing skills, data capturing ability.
- Administration skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Fluent in English as you will be servicing American customers.

Must be willing to work night shift hours and must be flexible to work on weekends as well as Call Centre operates 24/7 365 days
