You will be working with leading banks, retailers and mobile network operators at a time when the payments industry is undergoing unprecedented innovation. Working closely with the Product Marketing Executive and team, you will be part of a highly motivated and ambitious company that has an incredible track record of consistent growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Electrum Payments' business objectives and enhance client experience.
- Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the financial software sector, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a post graduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing roles within the Enterprise Financial Services technology industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Experience working in a similar sized company (Revenue $20m to $75m USD)

- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies for financial services technology, ideally payments software.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
