RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Functional Analyst to join their client's team. As a Senior SAP Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on SAP functional modules and leading the implementation and optimization of SAP systems. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the IT industry and contribute to the success of SAP projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions
- Lead design and implementation of SAP system enhancements and projects
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP functional modules
- Perform system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Identify and resolve issues and defects in the SAP system
- Provide end-user training and support
- Stay updated with the latest SAP functionalities and best practices
- Make recommendations for process improvements and optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper system functionality and performance

**Requirements**:

- A Financial qualification is favourable
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Analyst
- SAP Finance Certification required, core modules AP, AR, FA, Banking
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in working and supporting SAP Finance
- Experience with S4 HANA version 1809 and above, including SAP implementation experience will be advantageous
- Experience with user training preferred
- Experience with upgrades preferred
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lead and guide a team
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
